About Us

How Almi's Came To Be

I was always that kid who brought her stuffed animals to school, secure in the knowledge that I’d have a friend with me no matter what. I was also a kid with really weird taste in preferred animals that was sometimes difficult to cater to. Solution? I started making my own stuffed animal friends. Eventually I started sharing the friends I made with the people in my life and realized that these friends could bring a little joy to anyone who wanted one!

    Every stuffed animal is crocheted by hand with quality yarn, and stuffed with polyfill to create a soft, sturdy form that passes the 'shake test'.

  • Unique

    No two animals are the same! Every order is one of a kind in some way, either by colour or by special request.

  • All Ages

    All the details are embroidered on with yarn, so there's no risk of choking hazards, making the stuffies ideal even for very young children.
